This year we are hosting an in-person event in Portland that will also be livestreamed online for those joining us from home. We will honor those who have died by reading their names, and reflecting together as community. To receive the event link complete your registration below and you will receive an email with the link that will allow you to view the event.
When you register, you'll be able to share the name(s) of your loved one(s) to be recognized during our time together. Please follow the instructions during the registration process to let us know who you are honoring.

For some of us, donating is an additional way to honor our loved one(s). If this feels right to you, please enter your contribution amount in the box below.
Donations to Light Up a Life 2023 will be administered through Providence St. Vincent Medical Foundation and will support all Portland-area hospice programs and services at no cost to hospice families and the bereaved. A donation is not required to honor a loved one or to participate in the event.
If you have already registered for this year's event and are returning to make a donation to light up the lives and meet the needs of hospice patients and their families, you are welcome to donate here.
