Your gift to Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital Foundation will make a difference for our patients and their families, our community, and your colleagues. Please select the amount below to be deducted from each paycheck. The minimum deduction is $2 per pay period. These deductions will continue until you notify us of a change or cancellation.
**If you are unsure if you are currently giving through payroll deduction, please check your paystub or email us. If you sign up for another payroll deduction, it will be in addition to your existing payroll deduction donation. If you would like to make a change to your payroll deduction please contact foundation staff at OR.Foundations@providence.org.**
