Caregiver Giving
Thank you for your gift to Providence Portland Medical Foundation.
Please select the amount below to be deducted from each paycheck. The minimum deduction is $2 per pay period.
To verify if you are currently giving through payroll deduction, please check your paystub or email us at givehope@providence.org. If you sign up for another payroll deduction, it will be in addition to your existing payroll deduction donation.
Deductions will continue until you notify us of a change or cancellation. If you would like to make a change to your payroll deduction please contact foundation staff at givehope@providence.org.
